Our chickens are raised and processed on our own farm in White Marsh. They are given lots of room to roam in climate controlled houses.

Buying our chicken is a fresh experience- Our chickens are displayed fresh for you in refrigerated cases. No packaged trays, you pick what you want, and the quantity you want. You'll be pleased with our great variety of roasters, fryers, and parts. We also have capons from Thanksgiving to Easter, a fresh, flavorful special treat for your family.

Our Chicken Cases Are Fully Stocked
We have any part of the chicken you want in any quantity. If you need two boneless thighs for dinner or a case of chickens cut in quarters for a family picnic, just let us know. We cut your chicken any way you like and there is never an extra charge. Why not ask for your chicken breast cut in quarters so it is smaller and easier to cook? From Cornish game hens to liver, gizzards, stewing chickens and feet, we have it all.

Chicken necks for crabbing are also available in 3 lb and 40 lb bags all season.

Fresh turkey is available year round at Richardsons. Whole turkeys, breasts, turkey wing tips, and parts. Our ground turkey is hand trimmed boneless thighs that we grind ourselves. We also offer smoked turkey parts, turkey bacon, turkey sausage, and much more.

We have several great suppliers for turkey, and none of them inject our birds with water, butter or anything else...you get just fresh, delicious turkey like grandma used to bring to the table!
