This week’s featured staff member you may or may not have seen before, but you may have tasted her absolutely delicious occasional pasta of the day and staff favorite “marmaon”… a classic lunch dish from her native country of Honduras. She is a hard-working member of our kitchen team who keeps our kitchen running smoothly so our chefs can stay sane when it’s busy. She’s been with us since shortly after the opening of our new White Marsh market, and has helped the Richardson Farms market family grow introducing us to other quality team members as we expand.
